Of course this is also due to the Kaster configuration, but these pickups just work extremely well. In HB mode with a little gain, those juicy upper tones are released: a most addictive sound for any rocker. Thanks to the stiff sprung vintage tremolo (Gotoh 510TS-SF2), hooked up to the Schaller Sure Claw, and the absence of lacquer (because this guitar has an oil finish), you’re looking at an amazingly resonating Kaster.
